10 Simple Seafood Sauces

A great sauce really tops off an excellent seafood meal. Listed here are 10 simple Seafood Sauce quality recipes for the enjoyment:

ADMIRAL SAUCE

Add two pounded anchovies, four chopped shallots, a teaspoonful
of chopped capers, along with a little grated lemon-peel to 1 cupful
of Attracted-Butter Sauce(see below). Reheat, season with pepper and salt and
Lemon-juice. Serve hot.

ANCHOVY BUTTER

Soak, bone, dry, and pound eight salted anchovies. Add two times their

BEARNAISE SAUCE--I

cupfuls of cream or milk and prepare until thick, stirring constantly
Season with pepper and salt.

CURRY SAUCE

Fry a tablespoonful of chopped onion in butter and give a tablespoonful
of flour combined with a teaspoonful of curry powder. Mix completely, add
one cupful of cold water, and prepare until thick, stirring constantly.
Originate from the fireplace, season with salt and onion juice, and serve
hot.

Attracted-BUTTER SAUCE

Prepare to some smooth paste two tablespoonfuls of butter and 2 of
flour. Add two cupfuls of cold water and prepare until thick, stirring
constantly. Season with pepper and salt.

EGG SAUCE--I

Add half cupful of sliced or chopped hard-boiled eggs to 2
cupfuls of Attracted-Butter Sauce.

Garlic clove SAUCE

Peel the garlic clove and boil to have an hour, altering water four occasions.
Drain, chop, and blend to some smooth paste with melted butter. The
flavor is mild and resembles almond.
